A pesto made with the wild fennel harvested in our forest garden. It is ready to eat with an aperitif or to enrich sandwiches; it is also great as pasta sauce or as a salad dressing.

Ingredients: wild fennel (30%), water, extravirgin olive oil, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, salt.
