Description

A pesto made with garlic chive(Allium tuberosum)harvested in our forest garden. It is ready to eat with an aperitif or to enrich sandwiches. It is also great as pasta sauce or as a salad dressing.

Ingredients: garlic chive (30%), water, extravirgin olive oil, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, salt.
