Philosophy

At Guà Forest Farm we believe in production of food that is good for both people and environment.

We take care of the whole production chain from farming, to artisanal processing, to direct selling.

We are committed to transform biodiversity into pleasure and nourishment with care and creativity.

We farm using agroecological methods to encrease biodiversity and eliminate the use of harmful inputs.

We grow shiitake mushrooms outdoor for the first time in Trentino: a new way to utilize the forests and a gastronomic novelty in the local agri-food landscape.

Mission

Since 2018 between the Sarca plane and mount Bondone, we facilitate the change towards a more sustainable production and consumption of food by growing agroforestry products for chefs and food lovers.

Encreasing farm and food diversity enriches the ecosystem, favours biodiversity and contributes to the innovation of the local gastronomic heritage. This is our commitment towards a better future.
