Condividiamo una passione profonda per la gastronomia e l’agricoltura sostenibile, e ci dedichiamo con entusiasmo alla coltivazione di prodotti sani ed ecologici che stimolino piacere e curiosità.
Traditions in evolution
Alla Guà Farm crediamo che le tradizioni gastronomiche siano in costante evoluzione e lavoriamo per contribuire a questo processo. Abbiamo trovato in modelli di coltivazione di altri luoghi e culture, che abbiamo adattato al contesto trentino, risposte creative alle sfide di oggi. Aumentare la diversità agricola e alimentare è il nostro impegno per un futuro migliore.
Farm to fork
We supply freshly harvested products to local chefs to explore new frontiers of taste and sustainability.
Since 2020 in our artisanal food lab seasonal agricultural products are cold-dried and processed into jars to preserve their nutritional and organoleptic properties.
Selling directly to consumers at markets, fairs, online and in the farm shop, offers unique experiences of connection with people who are passionate and curious about food.

History
The adventure of Guà Forest Farm starts in 2017 as the brain child of Chiara Garini and Stefano Benetti, two city people, both having international experiences and university education in agriculture and food science.
Chiara, methodical and determined, envisions a world where food production is ecological and fair.
Stefano, creative and visionary, wants to give new life to the land and woods of his family's place of origin.
Why Guà?
Guà is the name of the land in Trentino where in 2018 they started the agricultural company of the same name.
But Guà is also dialect for “Guado,” meaning “river-crossing.”
A guado can be treacherous, a difficult crossing point which requires courage and attention to go further.
With hope for a more nutritious future, the Guà project enters the treacherous waters of our current agri-food system to move towards better shores.

This is why every day we are committed to promote biodiversity in the fields and in the diets. We work to produce food that is good for people without any harmful effects for the environment.
We grow shiitake mushrooms on woodlogs outdoor with the traditional japanese method.
We grow more than 60 edible species in our forest garden
